Return Policy
1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods.
Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics).
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items (if marked non-returnable).
3. Return Process

We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or replacement.
